In today’s VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous) world more is demanded from leaders than ever before. I work predominantly with professional service firms and other businesses in London and the south east to help both new and established leaders find strategies to deal with these challenges and find their own authentic leadership style.
My approach involves taking a holistic approach to both the organisation and the individual and facilitating greater integration of professional roles and the people who fill them. All the services I offer have this fundamental, whole person orientation. Using insights from neuroscience, mindfulness and psychology I also help individuals and teams build resilience and emotional intelligence to improve their effectiveness, build better relationships with each other and their clients and so help the business thrive.
